How can I make changes to my web site?
We provide you with a browser based log-in to manage the listings
area of your website. For all other content changes just
email them to support@agentaccess-online.com. You have a webmaster to make sure changes are made efficiently and effectively!
Will my web site design be unique?
Yes, the look and feel of your web site is
designed to your specifications. You will work with one of our website designers on a custom
header, graphics and site colors creating a very unique site
packed full of useful features. The site creative is not
complete until you are 100% satisfied.
Can I replace the navigational headings of the site?
Your initial site comes with standard navigation and associated
pages. We are more than happy to replace an existing page/navigation
with something information that suites your needs.
Can I change the order of my buttons/navigation?
Yes, just let us know the order you would prefer.
Can I change the fonts on my web site?
Yes you can. We will choose a font that both compliments your design
and works best across all browsers & platforms by default. For those
who would like a specific font type, size, color just let
us know and we will make the change.
Can I add a Flash intro to my web site?
We can add flash graphics (intro, site header) at an additional
cost. Call us today for a quote!
Can I add external links and file downloads to my pages?
Yes, just send those requests to support@agentaccess-online.com.
What do I need to provide for the MLS Basic IDX Service?
Your local board or broker should be able to provide you with
the IDX link that we need. If you are an FMLS member you
can create your own link through your login at www.fmls.com.

How do I access the admin area of my site?
Go to: www.yoursite.com/agentaccess
You will need the username and password we provided at set-up. If
you've forgotten your password you can click on "Lost
Password?" and it will be emailed to you.
Can I change my admin username and password?
Yes, simply login to your agent access panel at www.yoursite.com/agentaccess
and make the necessary changes.
What are the image specifications for the property showcase
area?
For best results images should be approximately 400x300 pixels
at 72dpi.
How many listings can I add to my showcase area?
You can add as many listings as you want.
Can I post PDF download flyers for each listing?
Yes, you can upload up to 3 PDF files to download for each
listing.
How many pictures can I upload for each listing listing?
You can upload up to 10 images for each listing.

Will my site be optimized for search engines?
When building out your site we will ask you for the top key
words you would like to focus on. We will use these
keywords within the site architecture to help your search engine visibility. We also recommend
that you use these keywords throughout any copy that you
provide for your web site content. And, once we launch your
site we will submit it to the top search engines and directories.
How will people know to go to my web site?
We will optimize your site for search engine visibility, but
real estate is an extremely competitive industry on the web.
It is very important for you to advertise your site through
your other means of marketing like business cards, flyers,
email marketing, seminars, etc...
Do you submit the site to search engines?
We submit your site to the top 10 search engines and directories.
How can I be listed at the top of search results?
The most effective way to ensure first page listing results is
to use Pay Per Click marketing through Google Adwords. Basically, you create
an account with Google Adwords and set a price you're willing
to pay for each click that is generated from a search result.
If this sounds daunting don't worry, we can help you with this.
If I can't get any basic search traffic to my site, is it
worth it to have a Real Estate website?
Absolutely! Your web site is a valuable tool - provided you
have valuable content on it - whether people find it via search
or you direct them to it. Remember, off-line web site marketing
is vital to the site's success. Direct your clients and prospects
to your site through all your marketing efforts. This will
save you time and add to your value as their real estate agent.
Web Site Hosting & Reliability
Once I have my Agent Access website can I move it to another
host?
Your Agent Access web site is a proprietary application and
requires our platform to run various modules. We offer extremely
low set-up and monthly fees for a web site that is packed with
features and functionality. For these reasons your site cannot
be ported/moved to another hosting provider.
How reliable is your hosting?
Our hosting is extremely reliable. We've partnered with a top
notch secure data center and we guarantee 99% uptime. We
are constantly continuously monitor our web sites and automatically
alert our staff should any site go down for any reason.
Domain/Email Questions
Do I get my own domain name?
Yes. If you have an existing domain name we will transfer it
for you. If you have a new domain name we will register if
for you. There are no additional fees for either option.
Do I get my own email addresses?
Yes. We will set-up up to 10 email address and unlimited email
forwarders for you.
Can I access my email from a browser?
You can go to www.yoursite.com/webmail to access a browser
based email application from any computer with an internet
connection.
Can I set-up my own email auto-responders?
Yes. Within webmail (www.yoursite.com/webmail) you can create
your own auto-responder. From here you can also change your
email password, create email forwarders, download email client
settings and much more...
Do I have to pay extra for a domain name?
No. Your domain name - whether it's transferred or registered
for the first time - is included. We also manage the domain,
DNS settings and domain renewal at not extra charge.
Who owns my domain name?
You own your domain name. We will register it for you and we
will become the technical contact. You will remain the domain
owner until you cancel service or transfer the domain to another administrator.
How do I register a domain name?
We'll take care of that for you!
Is there any benefit to using more than one domain name? What
costs are involved?
There may be benefits to using multiple domain names. Some
companies use multiple domains to market their services to
different groups of people or in different geographical areas.
We charge $30 per year to register and administer each additional
domain.
Can I set up my email account(s) through software like Outlook
or Eudora?
Yes. Your email account is a standard POP3 account. You can
set it up with and standard email client such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Entourage, etc.
Can I forward my email address?
Yes, you can forward your email to any address you want2.
